On May 8, 2024, the Chungtia Lanur Ajongmesoba Committee organized a seminar on digital marketing at Chungtia Fellowship Ki, Salangtem Ward, Mokokchung Town. The event aimed to provide unemployed youth in the region with valuable insights into the world of digital marketing, broadening their career prospects.
The seminar featured Sagar Ramula, CEO and Founder of Karty’s Digital Academy, Pune, as the resource person. Ramula shared his expertise and knowledge with the attendees, emphasizing the importance of digital marketing skills in today’s job market.
The event also introduced a six-month online course on digital marketing offered by Karty’s Digital Academy, which promises to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field.

Upon successful completion of the training, students will be offered job placements at various companies based on their performance during the course. This initiative provides not only skill-based training but also opens doors to employment opportunities for the youth of Chungtia.
The Chungtia Lanur Ajongmesoba Committee, established in 2022, has been actively working towards uplifting and supporting underprivileged and educated unemployed youth residing in Mokokchung Town.
The committee recognizes the importance of tapping into the potential of available human resources and aims to assist aspirants in their pursuit of competitive exams and job opportunities in the private sector.

Under the committee’s initiative, eight unemployed youths have already successfully completed training under Skill Proficiency Management for building and allied Construction Workers. In addition to the digital marketing seminar and skill-based training, the Chungtia Lanur Ajongmesoba Committee has also sponsored coaching classes for aspirants preparing for various competitive exams. By offering these opportunities, the committee aims to create a supportive environment that nurtures the growth and development of Chungtia’s youth.
