Sazolie College in Kohima, Nagaland, recently organised a career guidance programme for its BA 6th-semester and MA students. The event, titled “Trailblaze tomorrow,” featured speakers from Mavericks Academy who shared their expertise on various topics related to career opportunities and preparation.
The Career Guidance and Placement Cell at Sazolie College took the initiative to organise this programme, which was held on Monday at Vineizono Hall. The speakers, Vekhohu Puro, Vehuto Kezo, and Vedezo Neinu, provided valuable insights on career opportunities in government and private sectors, startup opportunities, entrepreneurship, and preparing for the Nagaland Public Service Commission examination.

Kezo focused on identifying problems and leveraging them for startup opportunities and entrepreneurship. He stressed the importance of upskilling, building resilience, and learning from mentors. Neinu shared his personal journey of clearing the exam through hard work and advised students that the exam process is becoming more competitive, urging serious preparation.
