MGM College’s Career Guidance Training and Placement Cell orchestrated an orientation programme for fifth-semester students on 24 June 2024. The event, which saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike, was further elevated by the presence of distinguished guests from Emporium Skill and Training Institute (ESTI).
The programme, expertly chaired by Assistant Professor Peter, kicked off with an invocation by Assistant Professor David, setting a positive tone for the day’s proceedings. Dr R.K. Behera, Vice-Principal of MGM College, warmly welcomed the attendees, emphasising the crucial role of career guidance in shaping students’ futures.

At the heart of the event were presentations by renowned career counselling experts Anirban Mukherjee and Awomi from ESTI, Dimapur.
