The Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) has announced its General Assembly, scheduled for 24th August 2024 at the WCH Building in Chakhesang Colony, Dimapur. The event requires attendance from three member representatives per approved constituent unit, including the Chairman/President and two nominated members, as well as all Executive Council Members and Chairpersons from frontal organizations under WCH. Lhikhro Kreo, Press Secretary, stated that discussions will focus on fostering unity and strengthening the community, as per Article 4 and Article 9 of the WCH Constitution. The assembly will commence at 10:00 am.
