The Mokokchung Police in Nagaland, India, have arrested a 33-year-old man, Moakaba Aier, for sexually assaulting a three-year-four-month-old girl in Saring village. The incident occurred on August 10 and was reported to the police on the same day. Aier, a sergeant from the NSCN (Khango), has been arrested and is currently in police custody. A criminal case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The investigation is ongoing.
